The Ridderflex polyurethane casting shop vacuum casts different polyurethane systems to manufacture solid products. We do this both mechanically and manually, producing any shape you desire.
Ridderflex has various modern low-pressure casting machines for different applications. They are suitable for low and high outputs (small and large products).
Casting polyurethanes: cost saving
We apply open casting processes to products that have one or more flat sides. This makes the mould easy to produce and simplifies the casting process, reducing your costs for both small and large product quantities.
Variations in polyurethane properties
These casting machines enable us to influence the properties of the cast finished polyurethane product. Hard, soft, flexible, tough, light material, different colours; we can cast it all.
Injection moulding
We manufacture highly complex products, like three-dimensional products, by means of injection moulding. Closed moulds are injected through the mould entry.
