New CNC milling machine: Style BT 600

Ridderflex has a new milling machine: the Style BT 600. This computer numerical control milling machine manufactures plastic products with complex shapes to a guaranteed high degree of accuracy.

Ridderflex already had a Style BT 1500 milling machine. Our newest and faster Style BT 600 is using the new Style 2015 control. This control is the result of years of experience of the Style programmers and customers. The control is fast, easy to use and saves time.

Single pieces and small series of products

The speed and ease of use makes Ridderflex’ newest CNC milling machine also suitable for producing single pieces and small series of products. DXF file formats can be imported directly into the machine.

Extensive machinery

Ridderflex has extensive machinery with several different milling machines. Every machine has its own specific possibilities. Besides conventional milling, our CNC machines also enable us to carry out 2D (2.5D) and 3D milling.
