The digital cutting and milling machine is one of our most advanced machines. The machine is ideally suited to cut sheet materials such as non-asbestos sheeting, rubber sheet material, foam sheeting and graphite sheeting. We mainly apply digital milling to thin plastic sheeting material, such as PTFE, PA (polyamide/nylon®) and PE.

Digital cutting: small quantities

Digital cutting and milling is flexible in every way. Small quantities are possible. Even quantities of 1, 2 or 3 pieces! The digital drawings you supply can be imported directly into our machine, which makes the set-up costs low. This enables better pricing for custom-made products.

Digital milling: complex shapes

‘Digital’ says it all: digital cutting and milling is highly accurate. Also with complex shapes. In addition, our cutting table of no less than 2.5 x 4 metres is also suitable for large products.

Digital files

Various file formats, including *.dxf, *.dwg and *.stp, can be imported into our digital cutting plotter. View the full list of file formats we can import into our machine. If you do not have a digital file, we can make one for you. Please ask for further details!
