PU lining large rollers up to 3000 mm in length

You can now come to us for PU lining of large rollers up to 3000 mm in length. We can cover rollers up to 3000 mm with polyurethane and also finish them.

Now we can finally meet the increasing demand for covering large drive rollers, rollers for the paper industry and large cylinders and shafts.

PU lining of rollers and cylinders

We make rollers and cylinders more wear-resistant with a PU lining. We cover them by “casting-on polyurethane”. This makes a thick-walled end result possible.

Ridderflex adjusts the composition of the polyurethane lining to the application of the roller or cylinder. A high wear resistance or a good cut or tear resistance, or the internal heat build-up can determine the choice. We are happy to advise you.

Style 660: Large turning diameter

The Style 660 is the newest addition to our machinery. This CNC lathe has a large turning diameter of 660 mm and measures 3000 mm between the centers. This means that we can now also finish rollers with PU up to 650 mm diameter and 3 m length. With our Style 660 we can achieve the desired dimensions, contour or profile.
