With several major players in the valve industry as a customer and over 25 years of knowledge and experience, we may call ourselves a specialist in the production of valve parts.
Our valve parts can be found in the maritime, offshore and chemical industries. But also, for example, in transport and transshipment, in particular for liquid transport and LNG transport.
Valve parts specialist
Our extensive machinery is equipped with all the right tools for every solution. This enables us to not only machine plastics, like PCTFE for cryogenic applications, PEEK and Polyimides, but also carbon graphite which we lathe into seats, bearing bushes or sealing rings. Metals like stainless steel, titanium, nickel aluminium bronze, Hastelloy and Duplex can also be machined to manufacture retainers and rings. We also fit metal retainers with fluoroplastics, moulded graphite and/or hard graphite seals to form seat assemblies.
Seat assembly: our specialty
Thanks to our years of experience, also of shrinkage and expansion of the different materials, fitting all loose parts into a seat assembly has become one of our specialties. In our machine shop, we have specialists for turning metals, carbon graphite and plastics. Machining plastics or carbon graphite are very different specialisms than machining metals. Every plastic or graphite behaves differently under external factors such as temperature and humidity. We guarantee a high level of accuracy in all turning and milling. Depending on the material, we can work to tolerances up to 0.05 mm.
